Hard Standing Caravan Pitches
Our hardstanding pitches are ideal for touring caravans and motorhomes, offering a spacious and practical base for your holiday at Cofton Holidays in Dawlish, Devon.
Located mostly in Oakfield near the fising lakes, with some pitches also available in Ten Acre and Coombeland, our hardstanding pitches give you a firm, level surface with plenty of room for your awning and car. In Oakcliff, you can park your touring caravan or motorhome right next to the fishing lakes, making it a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy the Devon countryside.
Our hardstanding pitches are available in 7m, 7.5m and 8m sizes, all with 16 amp electric hook-up. Electricity is metered, so you only pay for what you use.
These pitches are suitable for motorhomes and touring caravans only. Some pitches also have TV aerial points and WiFi access points, with WiFi available at an additional charge. Particular pitches may be pre-booked on request, subject to availability.
Any pitch can be booked without electric hook-up and/or without water or drainage on request.

Electricity on our super pitches, hardstanding pitches and RV pitches is charged separately to the pitch price. Electricity supply is managed by an app that can be downloaded before your stay and is activated by scanning the QR on your arrival. Electricity is charged at 30p per KWh in accordance with OFGEM guidance.
Commercial vehicles are not accepted on park, any bookings with Commercial Vehicles will be turned away on arrival.
